Refund policy

PROCESSING

Upon placing your order, please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare it. If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

SHIPPING

Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. 

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shipping logistics, the usual shipping delays are as follows:

  • Canada and USA: Delivered within 2-7 business days from the shipping date
  • Europe: Delivered within 7-15 business days from the shipping date

BEYOND AND SUBLIME will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages during transit. In case of issues, please contact the shipper immediately.

Please note that BEYOND AND SUBLIME  is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact info@beyondandsublime.com promptly to confirm cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can return them upon receipt. Kindly adhere to the following return policy. 

RETURNS

Return requests can be made within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items. Email info@beyondandsublime.com for the return address before initiating a return.

Items must be in original packaging, including the dust bag, with all tags and protective materials intact. Avoid writing on or damaging the box; instead, place it in a delivery bag.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you the status. If approved, we will refund the original payment within 7 business days.

Please note that all discount sales are FINAL; no returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed.

CUSTOMS

Duties or taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on your country. Contact your local customs office for information. If a customer refuses to pay legal duties and taxes, BEYOND AND SUBLIME is not responsible for potential repercussions with the postal service.
